Arthur Andersen

Arthur Andersen is a business unit leader at The Gap Partnership. Arthur has over 18 years of experience in consulting and has held various leadership positions during their career.

Arthur started their career as an associate at Accel-KKR, where they were responsible for pro-active deal sourcing in the energy industry and internet space. Arthur then partnered with portfolio companies to develop strategic plans.

In 2008, Arthur became the president of Carbon Solutions, where they negotiated a Joint Venture agreement with Chinese partners to obtain the exclusive worldwide license for an emerging pyrolysis technology. Arthur then led the equipment development effort to commercialize the technology by completely automating the thermal conversion process, tripling the useful life of the machinery and reducing air emissions to meet US standards. Arthur also led the research and development effort to increase the profitability of end products produced from the thermal conversion of waste tires, resulting in a 200% increase in the sale price.

From 2003 to 2008, Arthur was the president of BodyBlocks Nutrition Systems. During their tenure, they grew the company significantly and helped it become a leading player in the nutrition industry.

Arthur Andersen attended Stanford University, where they earned a BS in mechanical engineering. Arthur then went on to earn an MBA from Harvard Business School.
