Matt Williams

Vice President Strategy & Development at The Rehancement Group

Matt Williams has over thirty years of professional experience. Matt began their career in 1986 as a Security Guard for Kenworth Truck Co. In 1988, they worked as a Stocker for Sam's Club. In 1989, they joined the United States Marine Corps as an USMC Ammunition Officer. During their time in the Corps, they held multiple complex and demanding MAGTF billets, and worked in areas such as munitions capabilities and requirements analysis, supply-chain and life-cycle management, logistics, inventory management, maritime prepositioning ships, munitions accuracy and reporting, geo-prepositioning strategies, munitions item configuration management, defense acquisition regulations (FAR), budget exhibits, quality assurance, production audits, participating in multiple LEAN process improvement projects, establishing plans of action and milestones, personnel performance appraisals/evaluations, and foreign military sales. In 2012, they joined ProSoDel (Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC) as Vice President. In 2021, they became Capture Manager, GWAC Program Management Office for Chugach Government Solutions, LLC. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Vice President Strategy & Development for The Rehancement Group, Inc.

Matt Williams has an extensive educational background. Matt obtained a Doctor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Southern New Hampshire University between 2021 and 2025. Matt also attended Cornell University for an Executive Leadership Program and High-Performance Leadership between 2017 and 2018. Before that, they completed an Information Technology degree in Network Administration from Purdue University Global between 2011 and 2013. Matt's educational background also includes a Divinity/Ministry Studies program from Rhema Bible College between 1988 and 1989. Williams also has several certifications, including Proposal Management (Federal) and Proposal Writing (Federal) from Shipley Associates in 2014, Acquisitions 101 from Defense Acquisition University in 2008, and Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute in 2014.
