Dylan Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dylan initially worked as a Research Assistant at Eagle Global Scientific from October 2018 to September 2020. Following this, they joined CICONIX in September 2020 as a Clinical Research Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating various clinical research activities. In September 2022, they were promoted to the position of Lab Manager at CICONIX. As a Lab Manager, Dylan managed the planning, staffing, and execution of lab experiments while adhering to IACUC protocols. Dylan also handled supply management and ensured the smooth operation of the lab. Prior to these roles, Dylan worked as a Coach at Soccer Shots from May 2016 to August 2018. In addition, they gained experience as an intern at the United States Embassy, Santiago in early 2016. In this role, they contributed to USDA commodity analysis and reporting by gathering and analyzing data. Dylan also participated in technical seminars and oversaw logistical information related to the embassy's operations.

Dylan Rodriguez began their education at Central Catholic High School in 2010 and completed their studies there in 2014. Dylan then attended Northwest Vista College from 2014 to 2016, earning an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Biology, General. Afterward, they enrolled in The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Health. Dylan continued their education at the same university from 2019 to 2022, pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Applied Demography.
