Fiona Moses currently serves as the People & Culture Manager at BoardRoom Group since July 2023. Prior to this role, Fiona worked with Volkswagen Financial Services Australia as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from April 2021 to June 2023, and as an HR Business Partner at both Volkswagen Financial Services and Volkswagen Group Australia between 2015 and 2021. Fiona's expertise includes business partnering with leadership, implementing core HR programs, managing remuneration and benefits strategies, and overseeing recruitment processes. Earlier in the career, Fiona held the position of Psychologist at Assessment Centre Technologies from January 2012 to September 2015, focusing on designing and facilitating client-specific workshops and competency framework development. Fiona holds a Bachelor of Psychology degree from Western Sydney University, completed in 2003.
