Previously, Richard held leadership roles at Palo Alto Networks, UC Berkeley Coleman Fung Institute, LinkedIn, Applied Materials, GlobalEnglish, Cargill, and Thomson Reuters, with a strong emphasis on employee engagement, learning and development, and inclusion strategies. Richard's academic background includes a Master of Divinity from Harvard University, a Ph.D. in Buddhism and Indian Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Religion from Bates College.
