Anne-Mari Aho is an experienced production manager currently overseeing liquid coatings at Teknos since August 2022. Previously, Aho served as production manager for high voltage production at DEXIS from April 2017 to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing a team of 25, ensuring safety and quality in operations, and implementing LEAN practices. At Valmet Automotive Oy from August 2006 to March 2017, Aho led a laboratory team, focusing on paint shop chemicals and compliance with REACH regulations. Aho holds a Master's degree in Material Technology from Tampere University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Surface Treatment and Material Technology from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, alongside a specialized management qualification from the Management Institute of Finland.
