Nils Olsson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nils is currently the Chief Product Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at Tacton, where they focus on sustainable profitable growth and sets high standards for sales productivity and industrial excellence in the manufacturing industry. Prior to Tacton, Nils worked at Tetra Pak for four years, where they served as the Manager of Portfolio Management, overseeing business development, marketing, and product management models. Nils successfully implemented a new go-to-market model in over 165 countries, introduced a data-driven customer value-based product management model, and implemented a global digital transformation of the sales process with CPQ. Before Tetra Pak, Nils was the Head of Product Support at Sidel for four years. Nils also had a long tenure at Tetra Pak, where they held various roles including Manager of Product Configuration, eSolutions Manager, and Project Manager. Nils began their career at DC utbildning as a Marketing and Training Professional before founding their own web development company, Digital Solutions, Sweden, which they later sold to a mid-sized IT company.
Nils Olsson obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lund University, where they studied from 1995 to 1998. Nils later pursued further education in the field of Business Process Reengineering, earning a Master's degree in Process Engineering from Dr. Hammer & Co. Nils' post-graduate studies also include a Diploma in Product Management, which they obtained from IMD in 2005.
