Josie de Metz Lydon

Customer Success Operations Lead at Enthuse

Josie de Metz Lydon has over 10 years of work experience in customer success, partnerships, customer service, internal communications, and social media. Josie started their career in 2011 as a Tomorrow's Water Intern at CIWEM (The Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management). In 2016, Josie worked at Climates Network as a Social Media and Community Engagement Assistant. Josie also worked at Cancer Research UK as an Internal Engagement and Communications Assistant, and at the Stroke Association as an Internal Communications Assistant. From 2017 to 2020, Josie worked at First Mile in various roles, including Strategic Partnerships Manager, Partnerships Account Manager, and Partnerships Support Officer. Josie also held the role of Customer Service Officer. In 2020, Josie joined Doctify as a Customer Success Team Lead and Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are a Customer Success Lead at Enthuse.

Josie de Metz Lydon obtained a Master's Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Leeds from 2011 to 2015. In 2020, they completed a Switch course from Jolt.io. Josie also holds certifications from QA Consulting in AWS Technical Essentials, from Google Digital Garage in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, and from HubSpot Academy in HubSpot Reporting. Prior to their Master's Degree, Josie attended St Martha's Senior School from 2004 to 2009.
