Rashik Patel has held various roles in the hospitality and construction industries. Rashik began their career in 1995 as a Project Manager at RAS Builders Inc., where they worked until 1999. Rashik then joined Tarsadia Hotels as a Senior Project Development Manager, where they served for 12 years. In 2011, Rashik joined T2 Hospitality as the Vice President of Development.

Rashik Patel earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Coventry University between the years 1984 and 1988.
