Eric Tong is an experienced product manager with a strong background in managing complex application architectures and leading cross-functional teams. Currently serving as a Product Manager within Professional Services at Switchfly, Inc. since June 2017, Eric previously held various product management roles at the same company, focusing on agent tools and travel-related services. Prior experience includes working at Etology, where Eric was responsible for developing a proprietary ad server that delivered one billion ads daily and collaborated through all phases of the software development life cycle. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from San Jose State University.
