Julian Gonzalez Medina has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the General Manager of Mott 32 Dubai at Sunset Hospitality Group since June 2021. Previously, Julian held the position of Operations Manager at Maya Mexican Kitchen + Bar within Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa from May 2019 to June 2021. Prior roles include Director of Operations at FACETIME Luxury Hospitality Consultancy from January 2016 to April 2019, General Manager at PACHA Ibiza Dubai from March 2015 to January 2016, and Operations Manager at Buddha Bar Dubai, part of Grosvenor House Dubai, from January 2013 to March 2015. Earlier in their career, Julian was the General Manager at Allure by Cipriani from October 2010 to November 2012, and responsible for bookings at 07800 Management from 2008 to 2010.
