David Hall is an experienced professional in the field of chemistry with a strong academic background and diverse industry experience. Currently serving as an Innovation Analyst at Strategic Allies Limited since February 2023, David previously co-founded SolOLED in May 2022, where the focus was on developing solution processable emitter materials for organic light-emitting diodes. As head of chemistry at SolOLED, responsibilities included designing and synthesizing new materials and investigating their properties. Prior roles include Research Fellow at the University of St Andrews, where projects involved scaling up emitter materials, synthesizing new materials, and computational design. David's earlier experience includes a Lab Demonstrator position at the University of St Andrews and a Summer Intern role at Durham University, contributing to pioneering methods in material synthesis. David holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of St Andrews and a Master's Degree in Chemistry from Durham University.
