Hannah Edwards has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Hannah began their career as a Trainee Solicitor at Slaughter and May from 1994 to 1996 before transitioning into a Solicitor role with the same company from 1996 to 1997. Hannah then joined Marks and Spencer as a Solicitor, where they worked on various commercial property transactions and reported to senior stakeholders from 1997 to 1999. Following this, they worked as an Associate Solicitor at Stevens & Bolton LLP from 1999 to 2003.

Hannah then took on the role of Solicitor at Michelmores from 2004 to 2006, where they specialized in working with public sector clients on commercial property projects, notably leading a project for HM Courts Service. Hannah continued their legal career at Stephens Scown as an Associate Solicitor from 2006 to 2012 before becoming the Head of Property at Penderlaw Solicitors from 2012 to 2014.

In 2017, Hannah joined Obelisk Support as a Legal Consultant, where they provided legal support until 2019. Hannah then returned to Stevens & Bolton LLP, where they took on the role of Risk & Compliance Manager from 2019 to 2021 before being promoted to Head of Risk & Compliance in May 2021, their current role. Hannah Edwards completed their undergraduate education from 1988 to 1992 at the University of Oxford, where they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Modern Languages with a focus on French and Linguistics. Hannah then pursued further education at The College of Law Guildford from 1992 to 1993, where they obtained a Common Professional Examination qualification. Continuing their legal studies, they attended Nottingham Law School from 1993 to 1994 to complete a Legal Practice Course.
