Carol has a strong background in billing, file management, court documents, scheduling, and client interaction, complemented by roles at various law firms including Jack Shinehoft Professional Corporation, The Morris Law Group, and Sullivan Pavoni Patton DiVincenzo. Carol began a career in legal administration after earning a Diploma in Legal Administrative Assistant/Secretary from George Brown College in 1983.
