Regina Musolino is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience across various law firms and industries. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP since January 2017, Regina previously held counsel positions at McGuireWoods LLP and Specter & Willoughby LLP. Prior to that, Regina was a partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP and worked as an associate at Ballard, Rosenberg, Golper & Savitt, as well as Sills & Adelman. Regina's legal career began as a research attorney for the Los Angeles Superior Court, supporting Judges William Highberger and David Minning. Additionally, Regina has a background in tax consulting, having worked as a Senior Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young and as a Senior Tax Accountant at Arthur Andersen. Regina holds a J.D. from USC Gould School of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Youngstown State University.
