Mike Fitch, CRL, has over 40 years of experience in reliability engineering and maintenance. Currently serving as a CM Applications Engineer at Ludeca Inc. since May 2007, Mike Fitch supports users of software and hardware, conducts training, performs software and hardware testing, and specializes in vibration analysis and reliability process consultation. Prior to this role, Mike Fitch worked as a Reliability Champion at Temple-Inland from 1996 to 2006, where consultation and guidance were provided to plant and maintenance managers within the engineered wood products division. Mike Fitch began the career in maintenance at O & M Manufacturing from 1975 to 1986. Educational qualifications include a degree in Divinity from Southern Bible College, earned between 1975 and 1978.
