Ty Hill has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ty served as the Vice President of Product Development at Xenetix Software LLC, starting in June 2016. Prior to that, they were a Lead Application Developer at Crossroads Technologies, starting in June 2016 as well. From 2008 to 2016, Ty worked at the United States Department of Defense in various roles, including Oracle APEX Developer/DBA, Desktop Support Technician, and Database Application Developer. In 2007, they were self-employed as a Foreign Currency Investor/Trader. Ty began their career as a Software Developer in 1998, working as a Developer until 2004.

Ty Hill attended Utah Valley University until 2007 and completed their education at Timpanogos High in 1999. In 2012, they obtained the Security+ certification from CompTIA.
