Peter Arrington has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Peter has worked at companies such as Southeastern Grocers, Walmart, Glanbia, BYU-Idaho, Wachter, Inc., and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

At Southeastern Grocers, Peter held multiple roles, starting as a Real Estate Analyst in 2018 and working their way up to become the Director of Growth & Analytics in 2023. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Manager of Growth & Analytics and a Sr. Manager of Real Estate Analytics.

At Walmart, Peter served as a Sr. Manager of Business Analytics for Private Brands and Neighborhood Markets. Peter was responsible for providing updates on key metrics, creating budgets, and generating forecasts. Peter also worked as a Manager of Business Analytics for Neighborhood Markets.

Peter also gained experience as an Operations Intern at Glanbia, where they provided support in operations and successfully automated various spreadsheet functionalities.

Furthermore, Peter has teaching assistant experience at BYU-Idaho, where they supported courses in Supply Chain Risk Management/Excel Modeling and Business Statistics/Law.

Peter also worked at Wachter, Inc. as a Project Coordinator and later as a Service Account Dispatcher for Diebold, Inc. security systems.

Before their professional career, Peter served as a Full-Time Missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Long Beach area for two years. Peter led a team of missionaries and developed skills in problem-solving, planning, goal-setting, and supervision.
