Sean Paquet is an experienced professional in corporate innovation and growth strategy, currently serving as the Director of Retail Growth Services at Land O'Lakes, Inc. since August 2024. Prior to this role, Sean was the Director of Corporate Innovation at SVG Ventures | THRIVE, where responsibilities included managing partnerships with over 30 organizations on innovation strategies within the AgriFood sector from February 2021 to August 2024. Sean also held multiple positions at EY, including Senior Manager of Corporate Innovation and Engagement Manager in the Global Agribusiness Center, focusing on business model innovation and growth strategy from July 2014 to February 2021. Education includes an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
