Marie-Theres Dubois is an experienced professional in the fields of knowledge management and technical support, currently serving as the Knowledge & Support Manager at Sofacto since April 2019. In this role, Marie-Theres leads the support team, handles technical support, manages knowledge and experience, creates training materials and video tutorials, and conducts webinars for clients and integration partners. Prior to this, Marie-Theres held the position of Head of Adtech & Tracking at Digital Performance GmbH, where responsibilities included team management, new data requirement implementation, and cross-department collaboration. Additional experience includes work at Symtrax as a Customer Engineer, and earlier roles in online marketing and decision support solutions. Marie-Theres holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Technische Universität Dresden and a Master Grand Ecole in European Management from Ecole de Management de Strasbourg.
