Jason Abel has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Jason currently holds the position of Head of Customer Relationship Management at Ford Pro since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Volvo Car Group from September 2016 to February 2021 as the Director of Consumer Digital, where they established the first-ever consumer digital function for the company and led the transformation of the IT organization. Before that, they served as the Assistant Vice President of Digital IT at L'Oreal USA from January 2014 to August 2016, where they led the service delivery for B2C CRM and loyalty systems and managed a team of 7 in the ongoing delivery of CRM applications. Jason also worked at BT AMERICAS – BUSINESS SOLUTIONS GROUP as an Engagement Manager from October 2004 to August 2011, where they played a key role in project management and client communications for a significant L'Oreal contract. Additionally, they have held various positions at L'Oreal Internet and Ebusiness, OgilvyOne, Semaphore Partners, Andersen Consulting, First Union National Bank, and First Fidelity Bank. Jason Abel completed their high school education at Bridgewater Raritan High School from 1984 to 1988. Jason then attended the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Finance. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst during the same time period.
