Kathryn Trentadue is a Scientist at Snapdragon Chemistry, Inc. since June 2022, with a strong academic background in Organic Chemistry, having earned a PhD from the University of Notre Dame in May 2022. Prior to current employment, Kathryn served as a Graduate Assistant at the Kaneb Center for Teaching and Learning at the University of Notre Dame, where responsibilities included leading workshops and providing feedback on teaching methodologies. Kathryn also contributed to safety protocols as the Organic Division Lead Lab Safety Officer and the Taylor Lab Safety Officer, developing training programs and coordinating inspections. Research efforts culminated in the total synthesis of ambruticin J, resulting in a publication and presentations at national meetings. Prior academic experience includes roles as a Teaching Assistant in various Organic Chemistry courses. A Bachelor of Science in Chemistry was obtained from Hope College in 2017.
