Michelle Kenny has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Michelle is currently serving as the Director of Customer Success International at SmartBear. Prior to that, they worked as a member of Women of Customer Success.

Michelle has a significant experience in customer success management at TIBCO, where they held multiple roles. Starting as an Assembly Technician at Allergan in 1997, they gradually moved up the ladder, serving as an Assembly Specialist at Boston Scientific, Collections Specialist at GE Capital, and Software Developer at Fidelity Investments.

Their career took a shift towards software engineering when they joined Experian as a Software Engineer and later transitioned to a Messaging Support Engineer role at TIBCO. Michelle further progressed to become an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Manager of Enterprise Customer Success, Senior Manager of Customer Success (EMEA, APAC), and eventually the Director of Customer Success International at TIBCO.

Throughout their career, Michelle has achieved significant accomplishments, such as successfully scaling and leading high-performing customer success teams, improving customer satisfaction and retention, implementing success strategies, and identifying upsell and expansion opportunities. Michelle has also demonstrated expertise in technical support and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Michelle Kenny holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from the University of Limerick. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Music Technology from the same institution. Michelle has also completed various certifications, including "AI Challenges and Opportunities for Leadership," "Project Management Skills for Leaders," "Leading with a Growth Mindset," "Strategic Thinking," and "What Is Generative AI?" from LinkedIn. Michelle has also earned Customer Success Certifications - Manager, Leader, and Advanced from Gainsight.
