Aleksandra Skop has extensive experience in the insurance and finance sectors, currently serving as a Senior Specialist in the Customer Service Department at Skandia Życie TU SA since September 1999. In this role, Aleksandra manages client and agent correspondence regarding insurance policies, processes data applications, and oversees risk valuation in collaboration with various stakeholders. Additionally, Aleksandra contributes to quality control, procedures development, and system improvements, while also supervising part-time employees and reporting department outcomes. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant in the Seizure Department at The State Fund for Rehabilitation of the Disabled People (PFRON) from October 1996 to August 1999, where Aleksandra focused on debt recovery, negotiation, and reporting on seized payments. Aleksandra holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Warsaw and a degree as a banking technician from Economic Secondary School.
