Paulo Fernandes has extensive experience in the gaming and technology industries. Paulo currently serves as the Global Gaming VP & General Manager - Brazil at Siprocal, where they are responsible for leading Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Customer Solutions, Agency Strategy, and local GTM/Data strategies. Paulo also oversees Gamers Club as well. Prior to this role, Paulo held the position of Vice President, Business - Apps & Gaming at Siprocal.

Before joining Siprocal, Paulo worked at Kuaishou Technology as the Director, Kwai for Business - Kwai Ads Americas and the Country Sales Director - Kwai Brasil. Paulo also held the role of Head of Sales at TikTok.

Paulo also has experience at Facebook, where they served as the Gaming Lead, LatAm, responsible for the Gaming Vertical Strategy in LATAM and the execution of regional strategies for Customer Engagement, Revenue Growth, and Resource allocation. Paulo managed the acquisition program and onboarded new partners.
