Arye Nudelman began their work experience in 2010 at Powermat Technologies, an international start-up that develops wireless charging products and IEEE standards. As an RF/HW Engineer on the CTO Team, they worked on various projects including researching and testing RF antennas and matching circuits, defining standards and specifications for wireless charging systems, and designing multidisciplinary products integrating electronics, mechanics, and software. Arye worked at Powermat Technologies until December 2014.

In 2014, Arye Nudelman joined Siklu Communication, another international start-up that develops wireless telecommunication products. As an RF/HW Engineer, their responsibilities included designing and optimizing RF boards for mm wave frequencies, conducting failure analyses and finding solutions for RF/HW issues. Arye'swork at Siklu Communication is ongoing.

Arye Nudelman pursued a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Boyer Jerusalem during the years 1999 to 2002. Later, from 2007 to 2011, they attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev where they earned a BSc in Electrical & Computer Engineering with a specialization in RF and Communication.
