Niharika Khanna currently serves as the Chair of Serco Embrace, a multicultural employee resource group, and as Group Operations Manager in the CEO's team at Serco, where achievements include launching the Race At Work Charter and winning the Serco Pulse 2020 Award for the Embrace team. Niharika has extensive experience in stakeholder management and event curation, having led over 15 events to promote cultural diversity and inclusion, significantly increasing membership within 18 months. Additionally, Niharika holds the position of Regional Leader for the London Chapter of Network Capital, fostering connections among a global mentoring community. Previous roles include positions at Serco in corporate development and planning, along with internships at DBS Bank, Bechtel Corporation, ABB Industries, and Siemens Building Technology. Niharika's educational qualifications include an Executive Education program at Saïd Business School, a Master's in Management from LSE, and a Bachelor's in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani Dubai.
