Jane Nugent is currently the Senior Vice President Merchandising at SEPHORA, where Jane is responsible for digital and retail merchandising and brand development for their fleet of stores and online platform. Prior to SEPHORA, Jane served as the General Manager at Benefit Cosmetics in Canada and as the VP of Global Sales at Living Proof, Inc. Jane also has experience in leadership roles at GO SMILE Inc and Telus. With a diverse educational background including a Masters in Marketing Management and certifications in Health Coaching and Governance, Jane brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the cosmetics and retail industry.
