Aviva is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at Sentric since August 2024, specializing in innovative technology for global royalty collection. Previously, Aviva held the position of Head of People & Culture at Ph.Creative from June 2021 to July 2024, and served as Head of People at Fixtuur Visual Commerce, contributing to the development of the People function from July 2018 to July 2024. Earlier roles include HR Director for Europe at INRIX from May 2010 to January 2019, HR Business Partner at CO-OP Financial Services in 2009-2010, Senior HR Business Partner at Schroders from 2005 to 2009, and HR Representative at Bloomberg LP from 2003 to 2004. Aviva holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from City, University of London, and a BA (Hons) in Psychology & Sociology from Coventry University.
