Daphné Pillé has a strong background in Human Resources, with a focus on compensation and benefits analysis and HR data and insights. Daphné started their career as an HR/Payroll Officer intern at Coca-Cola Enterprises and later worked as an HR/Talent Acquisition Operations Admin there. Daphné then moved on to Celerant Consulting, where they served as an HR Advisor supporting managers and staff in the UK and France. After that, they joined Adecco Group UK & Ireland as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, developing a grading structure and supporting bonus and salary review processes. Daphné then worked at Dentsu Aegis Network as a Global Reward Analyst, where they were responsible for managing the annual salary and bonus reviews, conducting job evaluations, and interpreting benchmark data. Currently, they are the Head of HR Data and Insights at The Economist.
Daphné Pillé completed their education in a chronological manner. Daphné obtained a Master 2 degree in Organizational Psychology from Université Louis Pasteur (Strasbourg I) from 2003 to 2008. Following that, from 2008 to 2009, they pursued a Master 2 degree in Human Resources from IGS - Institut de Gestion Sociale. Daphné further enhanced their skills by obtaining a CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) degree in Human Resources Management and Development from MOL in 2012 to 2013. In 2023, Daphné Pillé obtained a certification in Data Storytelling and Visualisation from The Economist institution.
