Martha-Raye has been working at Semrush since July 2016, initially as a Quality Assurance Specialist and now as a Deal Desk Team Lead. Martha-Raye is responsible for coordinating security plans with vendors and monitoring customer feedback to drive continuous quality support. Martha-Raye also conducts security assessments and ensures technical milestones align with business needs. Prior to Semrush, Martha-Raye gained experience in marketing support, e-commerce, and financial planning, highlighting their diverse skills and knowledge in various industries. Martha-Raye holds a Master of Science in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University and a degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Delaware.
