Chelsea Toczauer serves as a Board Member at the University of Southern California since July 2024 and as an Ambassador for WOMEN IN TECH ® Global Movement since November 2023. Chelsea has extensive experience as a Consultant with Code Blue Global Advisors, focusing on Amazon FTC Business Intelligence, and as an Editor and Analyst at Sechel Ventures Partners LLC. Previous roles include Sr. Program Communicator at Boeing, News Editor, and Multimedia Development Lead at Royal Media, and Acting Program Development Manager at the University of Washington. Chelsea holds a Master's degree in International Studies from the Hopkins-Nanjing Center and has a diverse academic background that includes studies at esteemed institutions such as Peking University and Nanjing University.
