Prior to this, Matthew held the position of Senior Human Resources Advisor at BBC from May 2019 to January 2020. With a background in HR and data analysis, Matthew has previously worked at various companies such as Poundland & Dealz, Interserve, and HomeServe in different roles related to HR, data analysis, and scheduling. Matthew holds a degree in Computer Aided Product Design from the University of Wolverhampton.
