Gina Hartnett is an experienced finance professional with a focus on private debt and securitisation. Currently, Gina serves as Head of Transaction Structuring for Private Debt & Credit Alternatives at Schroders Capital, where responsibilities include the structuring and design of private debt transactions. Prior to this role, Gina held the position of COO for Securitised Products & Asset-Based Finance at Schroders, overseeing operational support and governance. Gina's extensive background includes leadership roles at Lloyds Banking Group, where notable achievements include managing significant risk transfer programs. Additionally, Gina has substantial legal experience from Mayer Brown International LLP and Clifford Chance, specializing in securitisation and structured finance. Gina holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and an LLB in International Law from Kyoto University.
