Erik Roth is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and management. Currently serving as Team Lead Nordic Business Support Manager at Scandinavian Service Partner since February 2016, Erik oversees support for restaurants and retail in the Malmö and Gothenburg areas, as well as the setup of new and refurbished restaurants. Previously, Erik held roles as Nordic Onsite Support Manager and Business Support Manager, focusing on IT helpdesk operations for Denmark, Finland, and Sweden. Erik has also worked as a consultant for GoIndustry DoveBid and held various technical positions at Ericsson, Dfind IT, InfoCare, and Barkfors Fleet AB, gaining valuable expertise in inventory management, sales, and customer support. Erik holds degrees in Data System Management and Information Technology, with educational foundations established from elementary through high school.
