James N.'s work experience includes positions such as Vice President of Logistics at Santa Monica Seafood, where they managed a team responsible for global logistics operations, oversaw a private fleet, and maintained relationships with vendors. James also worked as a Consulting Principal at Milan Advisors, advising clients on logistics and transportation systems design and implementation. Prior to that, James N. served as a Director of Supply Chain Solutions at enVista, where they advised major companies on supply chain improvement projects. James also held the position of Director of Logistics and Supply Chain at Green Dot Corporation. Earlier in their career, James N. worked as a Consulting Manager at Matson, AECOM, and IAS, where they managed projects for ocean and intermodal transportation clients.

James N. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude in Economic Geography from UCLA. James also has a Master of Science degree in Transportation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). In addition, they hold certifications as a Certified Lean Practitioner from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification and in Sustainable Supply Chain Management from the MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics.
