Michelle Greene, MBA, currently serves as Manager of Infrastructure Domain Services at Costco Wholesale, overseeing secure access to applications and data for the company’s global employee base. Previously, Michelle held the position of Sr. Manager IT Operations at Metagenics, where responsibilities included managing system engineers and significantly reducing helpdesk resolution times and operational costs through technology implementation. Experience also includes managing IT operations at the Institute for Disease Modeling and supervising application technicians at the Washington State Department of Corrections. Michelle’s educational background includes an MBA in Information Technology and a B.B.A. in Business Administration from Western Governors University.
