Nicki Teel currently serves as the AVP of Strategic Implementation & Experience at Sammons Retirement Solutions, a position held since June 2018, following a role as Senior Business Project Leader. Prior to this, Nicki worked at Voya Financial from February 2014 to June 2018 as a Service Delivery Manager. Nicki's extensive experience includes various positions at ING Nederland from April 1993 to February 2014, including Project Manager, New Business Manager, Training Associate, Business Analyst, and New Business Specialist. Responsibilities encompassed project representation for operations, team management for new business processing, system implementation, and cash payment processing for annuity products. Nicki is an alumnus of Des Moines Area Community College.
