Eric Djordjevic

Managing Director at Saint John's Resort

Eric Djordjevic has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, holding various roles in different companies. Eric is currently the Managing Director at Saint John's Resort since January 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Assistant Managing Director and Director of Food & Beverage at the same resort from April 2019 to January 2024.

Before joining Saint John's Resort, Eric worked at Boutique Hotel Professionals as the Vice President of Food & Beverage starting from January 2021. From July 2011 to April 2019, they served as the President of The Epicurean Group.

Eric Djordjevic's earlier experiences include working as the Food & Beverage Director, Grill Room Manager, and Cellar Master at Detroit Athletic Club from July 2006 to June 2011. Prior to that, they were the General Manager & Cellar Master at Tapawingo from February 2005 to July 2006.

Eric also gained valuable experience at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC, where they held roles such as Century General Manager, Room Service & Honor Bar Manager from February 2002 to February 2005. Eric was the Director of Dining Services at Bay Harbor Yacht Club from March 2000 to February 2002, and the Food & Beverage Manager at Grand Traverse Resort and Spa from April 1998 to March 2000.

Eric Djordjevic attended Bryant & Stratton from an unknown start year to 1998, where they studied Hotel & Resort Management. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers, although the month and year of obtaining the certification are unknown.
