Shawnne Cranston, CRDE, CHT, has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a career spanning from 1993 to the present. Currently serving as the Rooms Division Director at Brookstreet Hotel since April 2003, Shawnne has previously held multiple roles including Guest Services Manager and Styling Manager, where notable achievements included successfully covering maternity leave for the Styling Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Ottawa Lynx and Westin Hotel, where Shawnne contributed as a Corporate Suites Manager and Front Office Agent, respectively, as well as an Administrative Assistant at Ceyba. Shawnne’s successful adaptation to the dynamic nature of housekeeping is attributed to strong collaborative support from colleagues and external partners.
