Douglas Cook has extensive experience in diverse roles spanning several decades. Presently serving as a Ski Instructor at Smugglers' Notch Resort since December 1980, Douglas Cook ensures safe and educational experiences for various groups. Previously, from April 2000 to July 2011, Douglas Cook worked as a Senior Customer Relations Consultant at PKC Corporation, where responsibilities included managing communications and training for Department of Defense clients across over 200 Military Treatment Facilities. Earlier in career with Lockheed Martin Services from May 1978 to April 2000, Douglas Cook began as a Technical Writer and advanced to the role of ILS Program Manager, notably creating the first New Look technical manuals for Infantry Fighting Vehicles. Douglas Cook holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Fine Arts from Siena College, earned between 1967 and 1971.
