Glen Whittaker is an experienced Project Manager/Planner/Analyst at R&K Solutions, Inc., where involvement spans from October 1986 to the present, focusing on master planning and real property projects, including significant projects in Puerto Rico and Panama. Notably, Glen managed the publication of the revised Army Regulation AR 415-28 and associated guidance documents. Prior to this role, Glen worked as an HVAC/EMCS Designer at VVKR from July 1984 to October 1986, contributing to various healthcare and educational facilities in Virginia. Earlier military experience includes serving as a Training Officer for the 2174th US Army Garrison from April 1980 to April 1984, overseeing training for multiple units. Glen holds a BA in Political Science from Virginia Tech and has pursued advanced education at prestigious military and government institutions, including the U.S. Army Command & General Staff College and National Defense University.
