Rachelle Wheeler has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2007 with an Intern/Sales Associate role at Nordstrom. During their time there, they participated in Management Development courses and was involved in everyday operations across various business lines and management levels. In 2008, they began working at People to People Ambassador Programs as a Field Delegation Coordinator, Program Coordinator, and Operations Support Specialist. In their roles, they supported assigned geographic regions, managed and monitored student interviews, allocated travel dates and managed inventory, developed and maintained relationships with international partners, and documented and improved processes and procedures. Finally, in 2013, they began working at TempDev Inc as a Project Manager, Implementation Consultant, and Executive Admin.

Rachelle Wheeler attended Redemptorist High School from 1999 to 2003 and then went on to Louisiana State University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Textile and Apparel Merchandising, Business in 2007.
