Rachel Ratliff has held various sales management roles since 2014. Rachel began their career in 2014 at Kombucha Wonder Drink as a Regional Sales Manager for the Pacific Northwest, where they managed a team of sales reps covering a sales territory spanning Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska. In 2016, they moved to Rishi Tea as a Western Regional Sales Manager, where they were responsible for cultivating relationships with buyers/decision makers in California, Oregon, and Washington, developing and growing outside business, and training and managing new and existing distributor relationships along the West Coast. In 2017, they joined RISE Brewing Co. as a Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest, and later advanced to the role of Sr. Regional Sales Manager-Midwest.

Rachel Ratliff attended Portland State University where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Spanish Language and Literature. Rachel then went on to Marylhurst University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/Management, which they completed in 2013. Rachel Ratliff is also currently attending Oregon State University.
