Frank T. Amato has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Frank T. began their career at Alpha Beta Supermarkets, where they held various roles and was responsible for managing grocery and general merchandise departments. Frank T. then joined Hershey Foods as a Sales Representative and quickly moved up the ranks, eventually becoming the Director of Exports. In this role, they managed a network of sales managers and international distributors, leading all sales and marketing initiatives for Hershey brands in 58 export countries. Following this, they worked at Hershey International, where they held positions such as Business Manager and Regional Export Manager, responsible for driving sales and implementing business restructuring plans within Latin America. Amato later joined Just Born, Inc., where they served as the Director of International Market Development and Director of Sales Planning and Customer Marketing. Frank T. developed and executed international business plans, managed global sales agent teams, and implemented sales planning and customer marketing strategies. Most recently, they held the position of Director of Sales at Just Born, where they led the sales team, crafted market strategies, and managed customer marketing and sales planning initiatives.
Frank T. Amato pursued their education in Communications at California State University, Fullerton, earning their BA degree from 1979 to 1984.
