Megan TeBay has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Head of Talent, Culture & Capability at Rest since July 2019, where responsibilities also include Head of Organisational Development and Manager People & Culture. Prior roles include Practice Manager for Local Government & NFP at The Centium Group, and Group Manager of People & Systems at Blue Mountains City Council. Megan's career began at Ernst & Young, where as Senior Manager of Human Resources, developed a Performance Management System. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Leadership and Performance Coaching from Charles Sturt University, a Postgraduate Degree in Strategic Human Resources from Deakin University, and certification as an Organisational Coach from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership. Additionally, Megan holds accreditations in DISC and MBTI.
