Matt Rafeld is a seasoned professional in financial wellness and entrepreneurship, currently serving as the Director of Financial Wellness at Alera Group, Inc., where Matt is focused on building solutions that enhance financial relationships for families. Previously, Matt held multiple roles at Edelman Financial Engines, including Director of Financial Wellness, where Matt developed impactful programs that significantly improved financial confidence and advisor engagement. As a founder of Beachcomber OffRoad, Matt is involved in developing aftermarket accessories for Jeep vehicles. Matt's extensive background includes positions in financial advising, customer service, and advertising sales, complemented by an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Finance from UMass Boston. Matt's early experience in the U.S. Coast Guard also contributed to strong leadership and team management skills.
