Katarzyna Czapska has a strong work history in the financial industry. Katarzyna began their career at Ernst & Young Audit, where they worked as a Senior from 1997 to 2002. In 2005, they joined Warta - Kredytbank as the Director of Controlling analysis and reporting office for credits, and later became the Director of CMO. In 2008, they transitioned to TUiR Warta SA (KBC Group) as the Director of Chanel Management Office.

Katarzyna Czapska attended SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Banking.
