Edgar Mugasha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation, project planning, and sustainable agriculture. Currently serving as a Senior PEAL Officer at Raising The Village since August 2020, Edgar has honed expertise in project management and consultancy. Previously, as a Certified Permaculture Trainer with Earth Allies Restoration Network from January 2022 to September 2024, Edgar focused on training NGO representatives in restoration agriculture techniques to enhance poverty alleviation initiatives across East Africa. Edgar's earlier role as a Nutrition Specialist at Community Action for Health involved designing and conducting livelihood trainings to promote food security. Edgar holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Nutrition from Makerere University and multiple advanced degrees and certifications in public health, project planning, monitoring and evaluation, and global health.
