Monika Waśko has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2009, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Atlas Forwarding, S.L. From 2010 to 2015, they held various roles at Volvo Group Trucks Operations, including Atlas X-dock Support Specialist, Business Support Specialist, and Rollout Specialist. Monika joined Credit Suisse in 2015, first as a Project and Administrative Management Assistant and later as an IT Poland Workforce Implementation Executive Specialist. In 2018, Monika joined The Dow Chemical Company as an OR&H Order Fulfillment Specialist. Currently, they work at Rad Power Bikes as a Customer Experience Specialist.

Monika Waśko completed their Bachelor's Degree at the University of Wroclaw in the Faculty of Social Sciences from 2002 to 2008. In 2006, they participated in the Erasmus program at Universidade de Vigo. After completing their undergraduate studies, Monika pursued Postgraduate studies at Universidad de Alcalá from 2008 to 2009. Monika then undertook Postgraduate studies at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, Monika obtained a certification in Supply Chain Logistics from Rutgers University in June 2017.
